Road to campus Djarum beasiswa plus menggelar acara workshop untuk kalangan mahasiswa yang dihadari oleh berbagai Universitas antara lain  Unair, , ITS, IAIN, Unijoyo, dan UPN.  Acara tersebut digelar di lantai 3 Gedung  C Fisip Unair Surabaya (30/07). Workshop yang mengedepankan ilmu manajemen dan ekonomi mampu memberikan ilmu dasar dan pelatihan soft kill menjadi Entrepreneurship di berbagai bidang. Tak hanya teori yang di peroleh, namun nilai praktik dalam lapangan mampu menunjukkan mahasiswa untuk melatih jiwa kewirausahaan dan memprioritaskan pula sikap yang jujur.

PROFESSIONAL TRAINEE PROGRAM

With certain requirements and qualifications as follows :

• S1 degree from reputable university with minimum GPA 2,8
• Female or male in a good health condition, maximum 30 years old
• Good personality with excellent proficiency in communication and presentation skill
• Willing and able to work as individual contributor or in a team with various and challenging working environments
• Good proficiensy in English, written and verbal communication with minimum EPT 450
• Willing to follow the exclusivity of the content of occupational engagement after following the Professional Training Program
• Willing to follow the company placement program at all the company branches/representatives during the training program and during the career
